Yes. Tray Verify can support POD-style kitchen workflows where trays move through multiple stations or scan points before leaving the kitchen.
In these setups, each scan location can be configured around the role it plays in the trayline. For example, one scan point may focus on hot items, another may check salads or cold sides, and another may verify condiments, beverages, desserts, or other finishing items.
During setup, we work with the facility to understand the tray flow and determine where scanning provides the most value. Some kitchens may only need one scan station, while POD-style workflows may benefit from multiple scan locations. In multi-scan setups, reporting can help show not only whether an error occurred, but where in the tray assembly process it was most likely introduced.
Multi-point setups typically require one Tray Verify device per scan location.
